Joy isn’t the reward for sustainable change. It’s the strategy that makes it possible.

A 12-Week small group for creating sustainable health change

Live sessions start April 15, 2026

If you’ve ever thought, “I know what to do… I just can’t seem to make myself do it consistently.”

You’re not alone.

Many women live inside the exhausting cycle of:

→ Being on plan
ㄨ Falling off plan
→ Starting over again

Each time believing the same story: If I were more disciplined, I could finally make it stick.

But here’s the part most health programs miss.
⛔ They try to fix the plan.
✅ This program changes the driver behind the plan.

I understand this pattern because I lived inside it for a long time.

I was put on my first diet at nine years old after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism.

That moment quietly started what became a 27-year cycle of on-plan and off-plan.

→ Being good.
ㄨ Falling off.
→ Starting over.

Over the years I lost more than 50 pounds three different times.

The first two times, I gained it back — and more.

Each time I believed the same story: If I were more disciplined, I could finally make it stick.

Years later I returned to an evidence-based nutrition plan I had tried before.

→ Same science.
→ Same guidance.

But something had changed.

The difference wasn’t effort.
The difference was the driver.

Instead of trying to fix myself → I started working in partnership with myself.

Instead of controlling my body → I started listening to it.

The guidance didn’t change → My relationship with myself did.

And that changed everything.

I’ve now been joyfully maintaining a 70-pound weight loss for nearly eight years — not because I became perfectly disciplined, but because the driver behind the effort changed.

A Different Way to Approach Change

Many women come into this work wanting to lose weight. That desire is completely valid.

But chasing weight loss directly often leads people deeper into the pressure-driven cycle.

This program takes a different approach.

Instead of organizing your effort around weight loss, we organize it around building a way of living that supports your health and vitality.

Weight loss is welcome here. But it’s not the strategy.

The strategy is learning how to create change from: joy, trust, and responsiveness — rather than pressure and self-fixing.

What This Work Actually Helps You Build

During this program, most clients experience shifts like:

  • building consistency without forcing themselves

  • feeling more hopeful and in control of their health journey

  • learning how to return when life gets messy instead of starting over

  • moving from self-judgment to self-compassion

  • navigating their health journey in partnership with themselves

You’ll also create your Joyful Health Journey Flight Plan — a structure that helps you navigate change the way a pilot navigates a flight:

ㄨ not by staying perfectly on course…
✔ but by making small adjustments along the way.

Because real change, inside real bodies, follows a crooked path.

Inside the Reset from Within Program

Reset from Within is a 12-week guided group experience designed to help you step out of the on-plan/off-plan cycle and build a more sustainable relationship with your health.

Rather than focusing on rigid rules or a single “perfect” plan, the program helps you develop a new way of navigating change — one that can adapt to real life.

You’ll move through the program in three phases:

→ Reorient
→ Rewire
→ Reinforce

Each phase builds on the one before it.

Phase 1: Reorient

Shifting the driver behind your change

Most people have been taught to approach health through a pressure-driven system:

Be on plan
Avoid falling off.
Start over if you do.

But both forcing yourself and avoiding the plan live on the same axis.

In this first phase, we rotate the axis. Instead of asking “Am I on plan?” you’ll begin asking: How is change being driven?

Together we begin reorienting how you approach your health journey from pressure-driven change toward joy-led change.

During this phase you’ll:

  • connect your goals to a meaningful, inspiring vision

  • reframe “self-sabotage” as self-protection

  • learn to use your Body Compass alongside your thoughts

  • start creating your Flight Plan for flexible, real-life consistency

This phase replaces self-judgment with understanding—and creates a completely new starting point for change.

Phase 2: Rewire

Changing the patterns that drive the cycle

Once you understand the system, the next step is changing how it operates.

In this phase we begin rewiring the mental and emotional patterns that keep the on-plan/off-plan cycle running.

You’ll work with the internal stories that shape your behavior:

  • “I should be better at this by now.”

  • “If I can’t do it perfectly, why bother.”

  • “I just don’t have the discipline.”

You’ll learn how to:

  • notice and question these stories

  • rewrite them into more supportive beliefs

  • understand your inner “protector parts” (critic, perfectionist, avoider)

  • respond in ways your nervous system can actually support

For many clients, this is where the internal struggle begins to soften.

Phase 3: Reinforce

Building patterns that last beyond the program

Real change isn’t created through intensity. It’s created by reinforcing new patterns until they become the way you operate.

In this phase, you’ll strengthen the joy-led approach in real life.

You’ll continue working with your Flight Plan while integrating additional tools that help you:

  • navigate stressful seasons without abandoning yourself

  • make course corrections without spiraling into all-or-nothing thinking

  • build trust in your ability to return when life gets messy

Because real change rarely follows a straight line.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s that you know how to come back—again and again.

How the Program Works

This is a 12-week experience designed to support real, sustainable change — without overwhelm.

You’ll be guided through a thoughtful rhythm that blends live coaching, personal application, and support within a small, intentional group.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • You’ll be part of a small group (max of 10 women), creating space for meaningful conversation, personalized coaching, and connection throughout the process.

  • 8 live group coaching sessions (90 minutes each): Held on Wednesdays from 1:00–2:30pm Eastern – starting April 15. These sessions are where we teach, coach, and apply the work together in real time. Recordings will be provided if you can’t make it live, or if you want to rewatch.

  • 4 guided integration weeks (no live call): These weeks include short video lessons and simple reflections to help you process, practice, and apply what you’re learning at your own pace. (This also allows space for 1:1 coaching calls, if desired.)

  • Group chat: Interact with group members between calls via WhatsApp

This structure is intentional.

Instead of constantly adding more information, you’ll have space to absorb, experiment, and build real-life momentum between sessions.

Honor Your Personal Focus

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, you’ll choose an area of care that matters most to you — such as:

  • nourishment

  • movement

  • sleep & recovery

You’ll apply everything you’re learning within your own life using your Joyful Health Journey Flight Plan. This gives you structure and direction — without rigidity.

Instead of rules to follow, your Flight Plan becomes a way to:

  • orient toward what matters

  • notice what’s getting in your way

  • make small, supportive adjustments

  • return when life inevitably brings disruption

Who This Program Is For

This program is for the woman who often finds herself thinking: “I know what to do… I just can’t seem to make myself do it consistently.”

You’ve read the books.
You understand the basics of nutrition and movement.
You may have even followed plans successfully–for a while.

But eventually, the same cycle returns.

ㄨ Not because you’re lazy or unmotivated.
→ But because the driver behind the change eventually burns you out.

If you’re ready for a different approach—one rooted in partnership instead of pressure—you’ll likely feel very at home in this work.

This program may be a great fit if you:

  • feel stuck in the on-plan / off-plan cycle

  • often start strong but struggle to stay consistent long-term

  • know the basics of what to do, but feel frustrated that it hasn’t stuck

  • are tired of trying to force yourself into change

  • want to improve your health without being at war with yourself

  • are open to curiosity, reflection, and learning new ways of working with your mind and body

  • want support creating a sustainable relationship with your health and yourself

  • are ready to do some deep work on the stories that have been getting in your way

Many women who join this program also care about goals like:

✅ feeling stronger and more energized

✅ improving their relationship with food and movement

✅ supporting long-term health and wellbeing

✅ losing weight in a way that doesn’t rely on pressure, shame, or rigid rules

Weight loss is welcome here — but it isn’t the strategy.

The work is focused on building a way of living that can support your health goals for the long haul — without rigidity, shame, or self-abandonment.

This probably isn’t the right fit if you want:

❌ a strict nutrition plan or detailed meal protocol

❌ a rigid step-by-step system that tells you exactly what to do every day

❌ rapid weight loss or a short-term transformation

❌ someone to hold you accountable through pressure or discipline

❌ a coach to “fix” your health journey for you

This work is designed for women who are ready do some deeper work, and become active creators of change in their own lives — with guidance, support, and a new set of tools.

If you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and start building a more sustainable relationship with your health, this program was designed for you.

Results & Client Experiences

The goal of this program isn’t a perfect plan or short-term transformation. It’s a different relationship with change—one that can actually last.

Clients often begin to experience

✅ more ease and clarity

✅ less internal conflict

✅ steadier, more flexible consistency

✅ the ability to return instead of starting over

A common shift:

From: “This feels overwhelming and exhausting…”

To: “This feels steady, hopeful, and doable.”

A Different Relationship With Yourself

Clients often begin to:

✅ work with their body instead of against it

✅ honor their needs without guilt

✅ make decisions from self-respect—not self-criticism

Consistency Without the Extremes

✅ less all-or-nothing thinking

✅ less urgency to “start over”

✅ more stability—even during real life

Because consistency becomes about returning, not perfection.

What About Weight Loss?

Weight loss is welcome here. But it’s not the strategy.

Instead, many clients experience:

Your Questions, Answered

  • You’re not alone in that experience. And you are welcome here.

Most women who join this program already know what to do. The challenge hasn’t been knowledge — it’s been sustainability.

This program doesn’t give you another plan to follow.

It helps you change the driver behind your efforts, so that consistency becomes something you can maintain — not something you have to force.

  • Yes — with an important nuance.

Many women in this program want to lose weight, and that desire is welcome here. We just don’t make it the thing that everything else bends around — because that’s what keeps people stuck.

Instead of chasing weight loss directly, we focus on building a way of living that supports your health in a sustainable way.

For many clients, weight shifts as a byproduct of that process.
But the deeper goal is creating change that actually lasts.

  • That’s okay.

All sessions will be recorded, so you can stay engaged even if you can’t attend live.

That said, live sessions are where a lot of the depth and coaching happens, so attending as many as you can will give you the richest experience.

  • Live classes are currently planned for Wednesdays, 1–2:30 Eastern on the following dates:

    • April 15
    • April 22
    • April 29
    • May 13
    • May 27
    • June 10
    • June 24
    • July 1

  • Most programs focus on fixing the plan — what to eat, what to do, how to stay on track.

This program focuses on changing the driver behind the plan.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • work with your mind and body instead of against them
    • navigate resistance without spiraling into self-judgment
    • build consistency through responsiveness, not pressure

The behaviors may look similar on the outside.

But the internal experience — and the sustainability — are completely different.

  • In the Group Experience, support happens within the live sessions, through the program materials, and with occasional check-ins on the daily and weekly practices via the group chat in WhatsApp.

In the VIP Experience, you’ll also receive:

3 private 1:1 coaching sessions (45-60 minutes each) – use anytime during the program, with the option to use one within 2 weeks after the program ends. NOTE: The video integration weeks allow for some space for these 1:1 session.

Voxer support Monday–Thursday (voice message coaching as-need with responses within 24 hours) Learn more about Voxer here

This allows you to get personalized guidance as real-life situations come up.

  • That makes sense — especially if that’s been your past experience.

This program is designed specifically to support you through those moments.

Instead of trying to prevent disruption entirely, you’ll learn how to:

    • recognize when things are shifting
    • respond with awareness instead of judgment
    • return without needing to start over

    The goal isn’t perfect consistency.

It’s building the ability to come back — again and again.

  • No.

You’ll choose one area of focus (like nourishment, movement, sleep, or recovery), and apply the tools in a way that fits your life.

This program is designed to support how you engage with your health — not prescribe exactly what you should do.

  • No — this is coaching.

That said, we will explore patterns, beliefs, and internal dynamics in a meaningful way.

The focus is on helping you create change in your day-to-day life, with practical tools and support.

  • That’s exactly what the enrollment call is for.

    We’ll talk through:

    • where you are right now
    • what you’re wanting to change
    • whether this approach feels aligned

    If it’s a fit, we’ll move forward.

If it’s not, you’ll still leave with clarity — and no pressure.
